Product Overview

BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A (also known as Emralon TM-001A) is a high-performance dry film lubricant solution engineered specifically for application onto flexible surfaces.  BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is a water-based formula that contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles for enhanced surface protection from binding, seizure or sticking during assembly or disassembly processes.  BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A provides a durable, long lasting coating that protects from harsh chemicals, oils, alcohols, gasoline, abrasive contaminants and more for longer operational life and reliability.

BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is a dynamic protective coating that exhibits excellent compatibility and versatile use in a range of applications.  Including but not limited to:

BONDERITE® S-FN TM-001A is best applied via spray to a thickness between 0.0002 – 0.0006 inches or 2-4 passes with the nozzle.  Following application, the coating should be cured within an oven for 30 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
