Product Overview

BONDERITE® L-GP M 206 (previously known as Molydag 206) is a premium lubricant additive engineered with solid molybdenum disulfide (MOS₂) for enhanced anti-wear protection and extreme pressure capacity.  BONDERITE® L-GP M 206 exhibits excellent surface adhesion and protection in a variety of metalworking operations at high temperatures & loads.  

Applications

BONDERITE® L-GP M 206 is a well suited lubricant additive for a wide range of applications, including but not limited to:
 
Wire Drawing Operations
Cold Forming Metalworking
Gasket Coating
Forging Processes at High Temperatures
 
BONDERITE® L-GP M 206 is best applied after dilution in deionized, demineralized, or distilled water.  A recommended starting ratio is a 20:1 (water to BONERITE®) and can be varied depending on desired performance and application.
