BONDERITE^® L-FM PL 101-130 ACHESON (also known as MULTAN PL 101-130 SUS) is an oil-based stamping lubricant specifically designed for the automotive and metal processing industries. It is ideal for stamping plain steel, coated steel, and aluminum metal alloys, providing superior performance in various applications. BONDERITE^® L-FM PL 101-130 ACHESON features a higher viscosity petroleum base oil compared to BONDERITE^® L-FM PL 101 ACHESON (also known as Multan PL 101), enhancing its lubricity and effectiveness. This product is widely used in stamping automotive body panels, Class A surfaces, and frame rails, and it has garnered approvals from major automotive and steel OEMs. Additionally, it serves multiple purposes including mill "slushing" ship-out oil, ancillary rust preventative spray, and coil or blank-washing fluid. The lubricant can be applied with versatility through methods such as electrostatic depositors, low-pressure spray systems, roll coaters, and brushes, ensuring ease of use and adaptability to different industrial processes.
