Product Overview

BONDERITE® M-ZN 300X (also known as BONDERITE 300X) is a zinc phosphating agent for metal surface preparation prior to drawing operations. When applied to steel in an immersion bath, BONDERITE® M-ZN 300X forms a protective zinc phosphate layer that prevents metal-on-metal contact during the forming process. This enhanced surface protection prevents corrosion and breakage, and provides improved part quality and finish. Additionally, the phosphate layer helps the lubricant better adhere to the steel surface. By creating an optimal environment for the forming process, this protective layer significantly minimizes the possibility of surface imperfections, contributing to an overall superior aesthetic appeal of finished metal products. The agent not only reduces maintenance costs by prolonging the life of tools but also allows for increased production efficiency by enabling faster drawing speeds. This combination of features makes BONDERITE® M-ZN 300X a valuable addition to industries looking to enhance both the durability and appearance of their drawn metal components. For the initial bath preparation, 14 gallons of BONDERITE® M-ZN 300X is recommended per 100 gallons of working solution.
