BONDERITE^® L-FM F 5014

BONDERITE^® L-FM F 5014 is a synthetic, chlorine-free lubricant intended for light to medium drawing and stamping operations. This lubricating fluid provides excellent lubricity, cleanliness, and cooling properties, and is ideal for deep drawing small parts in transfer and progressive presses. It is designed to optimize the performance of metal forming processes by ensuring smooth operations and minimizing wear. BONDERITE^® L-FM F 5014 can also be used to deep draw larger parts with medium gauge metal, making it highly versatile. This forming lubricant is compatible with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as steel, galvanized, copper, and brass alloys. In addition, BONDERITE^® L-FM F 5014 can be easily removed with a BONDERITE^® alkaline cleaner, reducing the cleaning time and improving overall production efficiency.
