Product Overview

BONDERITE® M-PT 25 (also known as Parcolene 25) is a post-process neutralizing agent for phosphate or oxalate coated metal surfaces prior to cold forming operations.  BONDERITE® M-PT 25 is an easy-to-use solution that eliminates residual acidity from the conversion coating application process and prepares metal surfaces for subsequent lubrication.

Applications

BONDERITE® M-PT 25 is engineered to be diluted in large immersion bath systems at a concentration of 0.05 - 0.4 gallons (0.5-4.0 pounds) of BONDERITE® per 100 gallons of solution.

  3. Neutralization with BONDERITE® M-PT 25 Solution Bath
  4. Lubricant Application
