BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 MU

BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 ACHESON (also known as BONDERLUBE 727) is a forming lubricant used on bonderized aluminum and steel metals during cold forming processes, such as extrusion, tube drawing, and cold heading. BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 ACHESON reacts with the BONDERITE^® conversion coating forming a multi-layer protective lubricating film. This forming lubricant has a high melting point and film strength which allows for cold deformation by preventing die contact and wear, increasing forming speeds, improving surface finish, reducing the tool temperature, lowering defect rate, and preventing blistering during heat treatment. BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 MU (previously known as BONDERLUBE 727 MAKEUP) is the makeup version of BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 ACHESON, and is intended for the original buildup. The recommended concentration for buildup is 100 pounds of BONDERITE^® L-FM 727 MU per 100 gallons of solution.
