BONDERITE® L-MR B 549 is a low-foam, semi-synthetic fluid with high oil content for machining and grinding ferrous and aluminum metals. BONDERITE® L-MR B 549 is formulated with bio-resistant additives to prevent biofouling, improve fluid longevity, and save costs on tankside biocides. Additionally, this machining fluid contains no ethanolamines or secondary amines (MEA, DEA, or TEA). BONDERITE® L-MR B 549 is compatible with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys, including exotic metals and yellow metals like brass and copper. The versatility of BONDERITE® L-MR B 549 makes it an excellent lubricant for a variety of machining and grinding operations. Its superior lubricity ensures smooth cutting and grinding, significantly reducing tool wear. Furthermore, the fluid's stability translates into extended periods between coolant changes, optimizing production efficiency. Its formulation also minimizes mist and foaming, contributing to a healthier working environment.
