Product Overview

BONDERITE® L-FG F 87 (known as Deltaforge F-87)  is a graphite, water based die lubricant formulated or hot and warm forming of ferrous metals.  Suitable for difficult press work and highly automated processes including hot, warm and precision forging.
 

Applications

Apply by conventional spray techniques.  Supplied as a concentrate and can normally be diluted with ordinary tap water prior to use. The dilution ratio varies according to the difficulty of the job and the degree of cooling.
