BONDERITE® L-GP 5450B ACHESON (also known as DAG 5450B) is a die lubricant engineered to provide superior release and lubrication during aluminum, magnesium, and zinc die casting operations. The formulation contains no silicone, a common challenge for operators, as silicone contamination can complicate post-treatment processes. The lubricant leaves no heavy residue behind, which eases subsequent finishing operations, such as cleaning and painting.
