BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N (also known as Molydag 254N) is an exceptionally long-lasting dry film lubricant coating formulated with an epoxy resin solution and molybdenum disulfide and other solid lubricants.  BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and surface friction characteristics for a broad range of difficult to access mechanical components.

Applications

BONDERITE® S-FN 254N is an easy to use and apply solution that provides excellent performance at very thin films (0.0003 inch or 8 microns).  BONDERITE® S-FN 254N is extremely versatile and can be used in a wide variety of end applications, including but not limited to:
 
Construction and Large-Scale Machinery
Business Machines
Aerospace Components 
Jet Engine Components & Housings
Woodworking Equipment
Mining Equipment
Cold Heading Machinery

Aircraft Fasteners
High Tension Fasteners (nuts/bolts)
 
After application, the BONDERITE® S-FN M 254N coating requires a curing stage at 300°F for 60 minutes.
